2. Description of Services
2.1. uniQme.eu is a referral website that publishes items from sellers ("Sellers") who offer unique, handcrafted, and high-quality products for sale through their own webshops.
2.2. To ensure the quality and authenticity of products on uniQme.eu, our validation process requires Sellers to meet the following conditions:
2.2.1. Professional Status: We only allow professionals with a valid VAT number to list their products on the platform.
2.2.2. Educational Background: Sellers must provide proof of a degree, certificate, diploma, or relevant course aligned with their handcrafting specialization.
2.2.3. Webshop Ownership: To participate on uniQme.eu, Sellers must have their own operational webshop where buyers can complete the order process for the products showcased on uniQme.eu. Transactions and interactions with buyers will be solely the responsibility of the Seller and their webshop.
2.2.4. Neutral and Inclusive Messaging: Products with discriminatory messages or implications based on sexual orientation, nationality, religion, age, disability, or any other form of discrimination will not be published on uniQme.eu.
2.3. The validation process for publishing items on uniQme.eu involves a careful review of each Seller's qualifications and offerings to ensure adherence to the above requirements. uniQme.eu reserves the right to accept or reject any product or Seller application for any reason.
3. Gift Cards
3.1. uniQme.eu offers gift cards for purchase. Customers can buy gift cards on uniQme.eu, and the gift cards can be used to purchase items from the webshops of Sellers who have agreed to accept gift cards as a form of payment.
3.2. To use a gift card for a purchase, the customer must provide the gift card number to the Seller during the order process.
3.3. The Seller contacts uniQme.eu to verify the validity and remaining balance of the gift card. If the gift card is registered at uniQme.eu and contains sufficient funds, uniQme.eu pays the Seller for the purchase, and the corresponding amount is deducted from the gift card value.
3.4. uniQme.eu facilitates the gift card payment process but is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of gift cards or disputes between customers and Sellers regarding gift card transactions.
4. Eligibility
4.1. By using uniQme.eu, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the Website with the consent and supervision of a legal guardian.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. The content displayed on uniQme.eu, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of uniQme.eu and its licensors. 10. Pricing Information
10.1. The referral fee for Sellers on uniQme.eu will be based on the following pricing structure:
- FIRST 25 SELLERS: 0.00% per click for the first 6 months after registration. This period includes the remaining days of the starting month plus 5 full months. After this initial period, the normal fee applies.
- NEXT 25 SELLERS: 0.00% per click for the first 3 months after registration. This period includes the remaining days of the starting month plus 2 full months. After this initial period, the normal fee applies.
- NORMAL FEE: 0.25% per click, calculated on the item price with no other additional costs. Sellers are always free to go, and further discounts may be applicable.
- DISCOUNT 1: Sellers will receive a 25% reduction on the fee for clicks calculated on the price part above €1,000.
- DISCOUNT 2: A maximum of 25 clicks per item will be charged, calculated per item and per invoice cycle.
- EXTRA'S: Sellers can opt for additional features such as 'Collections' and 'Elite Selection'. The fee for 'Collections' is €2.5 per month per item in the collection. The fee for 'Elite Selection' is calculated based on the item price and multiplied by 2.5. Items are added to ‘Collections’ and/ or ‘Elite Selection’ on request of the publisher, and only after approval by uniQme.
- INVOICE CYCLES: Invoice cycles will be equal to the annual quarters: Cycle 1 (January - March), Cycle 2 (April - June), Cycle 3 (July - September), and Cycle 4 (October - December).
10.2. The item price displayed on uniQme.eu needs to be equal to the item price on the publisher's website. In any case, the latter price will be taken into account to calculate the referral fee.
10.3. All fees and charges mentioned in this Terms of Service are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
